Sustainable Practices Influencing Timely Delivery of Building Construction Project

To ensure efficiency time, this study adopts survey was created evaluate sustainable practices impacting project Gombe state. Professionals who represented clients, consultants, contractors were given total 88 questionnaires at random, administration questionnaire received response rate 70.45%. The statistical software social science used analyze data provide descriptive inferential metrics. survey's resultsshowed more than 70% respondents had experienced delays 1–12 months most. most significant influencing with high relative index employment skilled competent labour; availability materials; periodic monitoring, controlling, updating progress work; effective supervision staff; materials. further classified into: economic, management, motivational policy strategies, 33.30% cause-effect increase on completion projects. These facts lead conclusion problem obviously inescapable. Hence, recommends that: there should be concerted efforts collaboration by stakeholders involve project, all necessary deployed towards improving project.
